Fixes:
- More robust Markdown parsing
- Duplicate filenames get ID suffix
- No notifications when app is open

Privacy:
- Removed 2 WiFi permissions (ACCESS/CHANGE_WIFI_STATE)
- WiFi binding already works without SSID access!
